Basically this... They jumped the gun and wanted to look good for public relations by canceling the season first. The other major conferences did not follow suit. Now they are losing money and the other conferences are seemingly not. Now they are back tracking.

I was college aged once, and I know for damn sure I made stupid decisions to not miss out on fun.  The student athletes will be the ones who suffer.  What is so wrong with taking a year to reset and keep everyone safe and healthy?
